All that the Romania anti-Semites wish for the Jews of Roumania was compressed for the sake of convenient memory and propaganda into an anti-Semitic decalogue, which is declared to be the reformulated program of the Cuza party. The decalogue of the Roumanian anti-Semites proposes:
First, to withdraw from the Jews, citizenship and political rights.
Second, to expel from Roumania all Jews who arrived in the country after August 1914.
Third, to exclude all Jews from the army.
Fourth, to expel all Jews from the villages.
Fifth, to give all land owned by Jews to the peasants.
Sixth, to annual all contracts made with Jews.
Seventh, to expropriate the oil wells owned by Jews, and all Jewish industries.
Eighth, to gradually nationalize the houses owned by Jews in the towns.
Ninth, to dismiss all Jews holding government posts.
Tenth, to introduce a numerous clauses in all professions.
