Allied Commission Decrees Abolition of All Nazi Laws in Germany’s Judicial System

The Allied Control Council in Germany has decreed the abolition of all Nazi laws in the German judicial system. Judicial procedure will devert to the order of 1877. Police and district courts will be set up by the control council and former Nazi members will be removed from all judicial posts.
