Ambassador Avraham Harman of Israel conferred this morning with United States Under Secretary of State Averell Harriman. Mr. Harri-man reportedly stressed Israel’s conviction that the evidence contained in the United Nations report on the Almagor ambush should lead the United Nations Security Council “to take firm action” in condemnation of the perpetrators of that aggression.
