Over 600 uncircumcized Jewish children recently repatriated to Poland from Russia, have been registered with an American Mohel sent to Poland by Agudath Israel of America in early February, according to an announcement today by the Agudah.
The announcement said that Rabbi Harry Bronstein of New York City who was sent to Poland to circumcise the repatriated Jewish children and to train new Mohalim and Shochtim, has already personally circumcised 145 of these children, ranging from the ages of one to thirteen. Rabbi Bronstein who is traveling through Poland, has already trained five Mohalim, and is now training several Shochtim, the report added.
