Leaders of the Christian religious community, of all denominations, in messages addressed to the American Jewish Congress, pledged their cooperation in all measures to save Jews in Nazi-held countries. The messages condemn Hitler’s extermination of Jews and emphasize that action to facilitate the rescue of Jews is a fundamental responsibility of Christianity.
