Adolph Held, director of the Habrew Aid and Sheltering Society (Hias) of New York, is leaving is leaving next month on his return to the U.S.E.W. Levin Epstein will out in his place until the end of the year, after which the activity of the Hias will be taken over by the newly established Immigration League of Warsaw.

Mr. Freund, the Reconstruction Director in Warsaw of the JDC. relinquished his pest on September 1. Leonard G. Robinson, Director of the Joint’s Reconstruction work in Europe has arrived here, and is proceeding with the work of liquidation of the Joint’s department in the city.
