American Rabbi Arrives in Argentine to Become Head of Rabbinical Court

Rabbi Avigdor Cyperstein arrived here today from New York to be head of the Argentine rabbinical court. He was formally welcomed today at a gathering at which representatives of all Jewish institutions and Israel Ambassador Arieh Kubovy were present. Yesterday a delegation from the Buenos Aires Community, headed by its president, Dr. Abraham Mibashan, went to Monte video to welcome Rabbi Cyperstein upon his arrival in South America.
