The Mayor of Amsterdam, Dr. H. Dailly, and the city alderman yesterday laid a wreath at a monument in front of the Amsterdam Jewish Theatre in commemoration of the anniversary of the 1941 general strike in this city called to protest German deportation of Dutch Jews.
