An alleged former leader of a local arm of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine lost his court battle to stay in Canada. Issam Al-Yamani, 50, who lives in Mississauga, Ontario, argued that his involvement with the PFLP was a form of freedom of expression that should be protected by the Canadian Charter of Rights.
