An American Jewish consulting group is working with a French Jewish charity to raise $4 million for Israeli non-profit organizations. The Jerusalem Post reported Thursday that the New York-based Jewish Funders Network and the France-based Sacta-Rashi Foundation are launching a matching-grants program to motivate first-time donors in America to contribute to Israeli groups.
