An animal-rights group is running an ad in some Jewish newspapers blasting a kosher slaughterhouse. But other Jewish newspapers have refused to run the ad, which is paid for by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. The PETA ad targets the Agriprocessors plant in Iowa and is headlined, “Cruelty Uncovered: Is ‘Aaron’s Best’ Kosher’s Worst?”
