An intelligence officer in the U.S. Army claims anti-Semitism underlay a decision by army officials to strip him of his security clearance, according to the Jerusalem Post. Maj. Shawn Pine, who holds dual U.S.-Israeli citizenship and served in an elite unit of the Israeli army before joining the American military, claims the decision was based on his close ties to the Jewish state.
