An Iranian diplomat’s recent arrest in Britain for involvement in the 1994 bombing of an Argentine Jewish center will harm relations with Britain, Iran said. Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharazi made the comments in a telephone conversation with British Foreign Minister Jack Straw, according to the Iranian state-controlled IRNA media agency.
