An Israeli Arab is in Shin Bet custody on suspicion of planning to hijack an El Al plane. The suspect, Tawfik Fukra, was arrested by Turkish authorities in 2002 after scuffling with a stewardess and air marshals aboard an El Al flight to Istanbul.
