An Israeli Arab was charged with transporting a suicide bomber to Haifa. A Haifa court lifted a ban Thursday on details regarding Lufti Awad, a 57-year-old resident of the Galilee town Tamra, who allegedly drove the bomber to Haifa on Dec. 2. Fifteen people were killed and dozens wounded in the attack on a city bus that day.
