An Israeli court cleared an Israeli Arab of charges of involvement in planning terrorist attacks. The ruling was made Wednesday. The key witness in the case, a Palestinian who worked for the suspect, recanted his testimony, saying it was extracted under mental duress during questioning by the Shin Bet security service.
