An Israeli motorist ran over and killed an elderly Palestinian man near Nablus. Palestinian witnesses said the car was driven by a Jewish settler who intentionally hit 75-year-old Ibrahim Moussa Hanani. Israeli police said an initial investigation showed it was an accident. Mosques in Hanani’s West Bank village declared him a martyr.
