An Israeli soldier was killed Wednesday when light arms fire was directed at an Israeli army position in Lebanon from Syrian positions on the eastern sector, the army said. The army spokesman also said there were no casualities when rockets and light arms fire was directed at an IDF vehicle at Souk El-Arab near Aleh southeast of Beirut Thursday.
