An upcoming conference in Jerusalem aims to increase the energy independence of the United States and Israel. The Aug. 26-28 conference, titled “Cooperation for Energy Independence of Democracies in the 21st Century,” will focus on reducing reliance on foreign oil by using new energy technologies and by increasing energy efficiency.
