Anti-Semitic leaflets were posted in the Ukrainian city of Lviv. The leaflets, which appeared Sunday, blamed Jews for Stalin’s terror famine in the 1930s that killed millions of Ukrainians, according to the Union of Councils for Jews in the Former Soviet Union.
