Anti-semitic Students in Vilna Renew Attacks

The anti-Semitic National Democratic students here have resumed their “patriotic work” and are attacking the Jews.

Among the victims of attack is a Jewish merchant, Jacob Mihlstein, who was severely beaten up by four students, who fled when they saw a policeman.

Anti-Semitic posters have been displayed in the streets. The District Governor ordered them removed, but the anti-Semites promptly replaced them with new posters.

in Vilna last year, which had been placed outside a Student House.

A black flag has been draped over the place where the tablet formerly was, as a symbol of mourning. The police have removed the flag as well.
