* Anti-Semitism, Holocaust restitution and issues of financial transparency are to be discussed by delegates at the World Jewish Congress plenary. The approximately 500 delegates from more than 80 countries will also elect a new executive and governing board at the meeting in Brussels. WJC President Edgar Bronfman is expected to stand for re-election on Monday morning.
