Two members of the Israeli delegation to the Arab-Jewish conference which is to open tomorrow at Lausanne under the auspices of the U.N. Palestine Conciliation Commission left by air today for Switzerland, They are: Elias Sassoon, Israeli Foreign Ministry expert on Arab Affairs, and Gershon kirsch, chief of the Foreign Ministry West European Department. Walter Eytan, director-general of the Foreign Ministry, who will head the delegation, is scheduled to leave for Lausanne Thursday.
