The Arab newspaper Falastin reports today that several Arab personalities and organizations have contacted Allied authorities for information concerning Palestine Arabs in Berlin. The paper carries an editorial asking human treatment for the defected, since “victors and vanquished are alike.”

The Palestine Government announced today that all emergency defense regulations introduced at the outbreak of the war have been revoked. They included the right of the authorities to restriot movements of suspected persons, to prevent the publication of disturbing reports, to search vehicles and similar regulations.
