A new memorandum of the Executive of the Christian Moslem Association, known as the Arab Executive, will be submitted to the forthcoming session of the Permanent Mandates Commission which will take place in Geneva in June.
It was learned that the memorandum makes only two points, one referring to article 24 of the Covenant of the League of Nations, providing for the independence of Palestine and the second to articles in the Palestine Mandate providing for local autonomy.
