Arabs Gather in Cairo for Final Decision on Palestine

Four Arab leaders were expected here from Jerusalem today at the Egyptian Premier’s invitation for what is described as a final discussion to settle the Palestine problem. The ex-Mufti of Jerusalem, an exile in Lebanon, declined an invitation to attend but will be informed of the proceedings by telephone. A final decision is expected since the Arab princes are leaving in the very near future.
