The 10th anniversary of the death of Chaim Weizmann, first President of the State of Israel, was observed here tonight at a public meeting at the Buenos Aires Opera, the largest theatre in the city, which was filled to capacity. Speakers included Emilio Gutkin, chairman of the Argentine Zionist Organization; Baruch Duvdevany, of the Jewish Agency; Israel Ambassador Yosef Avidar; and Professor Nelida Baigorria, a member of Parliament.
