Ariel Sharon’s son lost a bid to delay his sentencing on fraud charges until after March elections. The Tel Aviv District Court, which convicted Omri Sharon last month of illegally funding his father’s 1999 run for the Likud Party leadership, ruled Thursday that sentencing deliberations would begin in January.
