The Polish, British and Australian governments have reached agreement on admission of a limited number of Polish war refugees to Australia. The first transport, including Jewish and non-Jewish refugees now in Lisbon, Tangier and other places, will leave shortly.

The exiled Polish Government today allocated £2,000 for relief of Polish Jewish war refugees in Palestine, following intervention by Ignacy Schwafzbart member of the Polish National Council.
