Austria agreed to return some 250 artworks looted by the Nazis to the Austrian branch of the Rothschild family. The return of the collection marks a first step in returning thousands of looted works to their rightful owners, said Austria’s minister for cultural affairs. Austria set up a commission last year to trace the owners of Nazi-looted artworks.
