Dr. Julius Brauntal, Social Democrat and formerly editor of leading Socialist dailies, was released from a concentration camp today on condition that he obtain a Palestine visa by February 1, and leave for Palestine immediately.

Dr. Brauntal, it is understood, has already been invited to deliver a series of lectures on social and economic topics in Palestine.

The Austrian Socialist leader bears the reputation of being the most frequently arrested man in all Austria. He took part in the February uprising, was arrested and released. Since then he has been arrested frequently on the charge that he is editor of the numerous clandestine Socialist papers which the Austrian government has been unable to suppress.

Every time a new underground paper made its appearance Dr. Brauntal was arrested, only to be released when government officials were unable to connect him with the new paper.
