A four year cultural program for undergraduate chapters of Avukah, American Student Zionist Federation, were formulated at the first meeting of the new national executive committee held here at the Jewish Students House on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania.

The plan aims to provide Jewish students throughout their college career with an understanding of the basic problems associated with Zionist and Jewish life.

The reports presented show that Avukah has forty chapters in leading universities and colleges of the country and that additional chapters are in the process of being organized.

Joseph S. Shubow reported that the Avukah Annual of which he is the editor is off the press. The volume is dedicated to Justice Louis D. Brandeis, and has eight hundred pages.

It was unanimously resolved to record the minutes of the Executive in Hebrew and English.

The following officers were elected: Rabbi Simon Greenberg of Philadelphia, president; Miss Rose Rosenberg, New York, vice president; Miss Enya Harris, Philadelphia, secretary; Abraham H. Cohen, New York, treasurer.
