The Deutsche Zeitung, which was suspended Monday for a period of three months on account of publishing a story that General Italo Balbo, Italian air commander, was partly Jewish, was permitted yesterday to reappear after its management had apologized to the government. The editor, however, will remain in the concentration camp to which he was sent Monday, the police announced. They refused to set a date for his release from prison.

ZIONIST YOUTH AT HERZL MEMORIAL

Zionist youth organizations will pay tribute to the memory of Dr. Theodor Herzl at an outing and field day at Van Cortlandt Park this Sunday. Organizations participating include Avukah, Hashomer Hatzair, Hetchalutz, New York and Brooklyn Junior Hadassah, Mizrachi Youth, Pioneer Women of America, Young Judea, Young Israel, Youth Zionist Organization, Zionist Club, Young Poale Zion, League of Jewish Youth and Palestine Labor Group.
