The Deutsche Zeitung, which was suspended Monday for a period of three months on account of publishing a story that General Italo Balbo, Italian air commander, was partly Jewish, was permitted yesterday to reappear after its management had apologized to the government. The editor, however, will remain in the concentration camp to which he was sent Monday, the police announced. They refused to set a date for his release from prison.
