Baron Louis de Rothschild, head of the Austrian branch of the famous Jewish banking family, arrived here yesterday with his two daughters from Spain, whither he had fled from France. The baron, who was released in the Spring of 1939 after being held the Gestapo for more than a year at Vienna, said he did not come here as a refugee but as a tourist and planned to stay for a long time.
