Belgium’s foreign minister said his country would work to have Israel and the Palestinians resume peace talks when it assumes the E.U.’s rotating presidency in July. “We must build conditions for stability,” Louis Michel said during a joint news conference with Israeli Foreign Minister Shimon Peres in Jerusalem.
