Benjamin Netanyahu was sworn in Wednesday as Israel’s foreign minister. In his first statement as foreign minister, Netanyahu announced Wednesday that the U.S.-sponsored road map for Middle East peace was “not on the agenda” because of an anticipated U.S. attack on Iraq.
