Louis J. Borinstein, president of the Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation has been elected to serve as president of the Chamber of Commerce for the fifth year. The election marked the first time in the chamber’s history, that an incumbent has held the post so long.
Active in civic affairs and welfare organizations for many years, Borinstein has been a member and vice-president of the City Plan Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals.
Borinstein is a partner and executive manager of A. Borinstein and Company, which was founded by his father.
