Brig. Yigal Yadin, chief of staff of the Israel Army of Defense, sent a message to commanding officers today commending the endurance, devotion and persistence shown by the troops in the third and final phase of the 1951 Autumn army maneuvers which concluded yesterday. He specially commended the reserve units for their excellent behavior and praised the high command which had arranged the most extensive war games yet held by the Israel defense forces.
