Britain is planning to make the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz an annual Holocaust remembrance day, according to a British newspaper. The first such commemoration, which would mark the deaths of Jews, Gypsies and homosexuals, is expected to occur on Jan. 27, 2001.
