British Labor Backs Admission of Doctors

The British Trades Unions’ Congress today upheld a proposal to urge admission to England of 50 doctors, 50 medical students and 100 dentists from Greater Germany annually for the next five years. A motion by the Medical Practitioners’ Union to refer the proposal back to committee was overwhelmingly defeated.
