British scientists hope to reassemble fragments of Maimonides’ works using digital technology. The Associated Press reported that the University of Manchester’s Center for Jewish Studies is putting together 300,000 fragments of the work of Maimonides, a Jewish scholar from the Middle Ages whose works are very influential in modern Jewish philosophy.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
