The chairman of the Zionist Federation of Great Britain and Ireland left for Israel today to spend four months working in a kibbutz. Donald Silk told federation leaders last night at a farewell reception here that he thought the head of the Zionist group ought to give a personal example of service to Israel and that was what he intended to do. He will live and work in Kibbutz Amiad.
