Nathan Iskowitz, fifty, of 215 East Eighteenth street, and Zisa Billik, sixty-four, of 1319 East New York avenue, both of Brooklyn, will appear today at the First District Magistrate’s Court to answer charges of soliciting and obtaining money under false pretences.
The two men, officers of the United Relief Association, of 216 Madison street, Manhattan, were arrested last Thursday on the complaint of Herman Levin, Department of Public Welfare investigator.
