Jews emigrating to Palestine will be permitted to take out their capital in the form of exports of Bulgarian goods according to the terms of a transfer agreement reached between the Bulgarian government and M. Shelushe, a Jewish representative from Palestine. Sugar will be the principal commodity exported, it was announced today.
