Secretary of State James F. Byrnes testified today before a closed session of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee concerning the several Palestine resolutions now before the Senante. The contents of his testimony was not divulged, but it was announced that the committee will meet again next Monday to continue discussion of the Palestine measures.
