California legislators passed two Holocaust-relatd bills. One of the bills passed last week creates a Holocaust education center to provide teachers with training and tools. The other, which was subsequently signed into law by Gov. Gray Davis, extends the deadline on claims to recover Holocaust- era artwork to Dec. 31, 2010.
