Called S.s. Leader “non-aryan”, Fined 3,000 Marks

A member of the Jena University faculty was fined 3,000 marks by a court yesterday for having falsely asserted that the local leader of the Schutz Staffel, Hitler’s elite guards, was of “non-Aryan” origin. His assistant was fined 250 marks for repeating the remark.
