The Ministry for External Affairs has announced the appointment of Prof. Maxwell Cohen of the law faculty of McGill University as a member of the Canadian delegation to the United Nations.
Prof. Cohen 49. is a native of Winnipeg. He was admitted to the bar in 1939 and has served as a counsel in legislative investigations and as a consultant to the UN Technical Assistance Administration. He has been active in Jewish and Zionist affairs in Canada.
