Canada outlawed three more terrorist groups, including the pro-Palestinian Abu Nidal group. The addition of the Abu Nidal Organization — as well as the Al-Qaida-linked Abu Sayyaf Group and the Peru-based Sendero Luminoso, or Shining Path — brings the number of banned groups on Canada’s anti-terrorism list to 19.
