None of the many clergymen he met during his tour of Israel had any complaint about the authorities, Msgr. Jean Francheschi of Argentina declared at a press conference here today. He said that the clergymen had lauded the Israel authorities for helping them carry out their religious functions.

In a special plea to the Jews and Christians of the world, Msgr. Francheschi called for them to forget 2,000 years of misunderstanding and cooperate. He expressed the hope that all obstacles in Israel’s path would be overcome.
